The Taos aluminum profile range is made for hinged (1, 2, 3 or 4 leaves) or sliding shutters.
You can adapt this series for new and renovation projects thanks to accessories easy to use.
A thermal insulation full blade version has the BBC labels and is elegible for credit tax.

Technical details

Opening sections

  • Aluminium tubing 62 x 33 mm section for louvered or mixed shutters, 27 mm for solid shutters

Assembly

  • The frame and the opening panels are fixed with clawed or stubbed corner fittings.
  • All these parts are in aluminium or stainless steel.

 

Metalwork

  • The shutter is hung from aluminium strap hinges, the crossbar serving as a hinge support for “board and batten” shutters. More hinges are added according to the size and weight of the shutter
  • All fixings are aluminium or stainless steel

Locking

  • The shutters are locked by a bolt lock bar anchored above and below.
  • A locking casement stay ensures ventilation with security
